CONDITIONS OF REPAIR

Under guarantee
To prevent delays in the process, please include the following with the faulty device:
(if the fault is only at the front, please send the whole item)
- Clear description of the fault
- Proof of purchase
- Removable front (if applicable)
- Security Code
- Details of sender (name, address, telephone number)
(- If the faulty device concerns a fault in the CD/DVD player, please enclose the (navigation) CD/DVD.)

Not under guarantee

Estimate
We carry out repairs that are not under guarantee up to a sum of € 70.00*. If the repair is going to be more than this you will receive an estimate.
Please return the estimate within 14 days.
(The estimate has a maximum margin of 10%.)
Examination costs
The examination costs incurred for devices that are not repaired are as follows:
- Car audio: € 21.00*
- Navigation/ Multimedia: € 39.00*
- Camera/home multimedia/video: € 47,25 *
* excl. VAT, small materials, shipping and any COD costs.
(If the item has to be sent on to the manufacturer, the examination costs may be higher.)
Packaging
The item must be sent in suitable packaging. Please do not use the original packaging.
